Teamwork

Collaboration

Share your workspace with collaborators, co-author documents in real time, and keep your whole research team aligned.

Sharing a project

Invite collaborators by email with per-person permissions:

  • EditorAdd papers, write notes, use assistant tools, and edit documents.
  • ViewerRead everything in the project without making changes.
  • CommenterRead and leave comments but not edit.

Collaborators see the same papers, notes, and conversation history. The assistant pulls context from the shared corpus, so the team can build from the same research base.

Co-authoring

Multiple people can work on the same document at the same time. Changes sync in real time and each collaborator’s cursor is visible so you know where everyone is working.

The assistant is aware of each contributor. When you ask for help with a section, it considers the document, including parts your co-authors wrote.

Comments and feedback

Highlight any text to leave a comment. Threaded replies keep discussions organized. Tag collaborators with @mentions to notify them directly.

Resolved comments are archived but still accessible, so you can revisit past feedback and decisions.

Team workspaces

On the Pro plan, create a team workspace that serves as a shared home for multiple projects. Members browse shared projects, access a common paper library, and start new projects that are visible to the group by default.

Team workspaces are built for research labs, departments, and study groups: one place for shared work, not a forest of one-off invites.
